My coaching is strongly based on knowledge about anatomy and my courses are safe, effective and exhausting!
We won't go into a pose and wait passively until we get deeper. We'll work actively, we'll move, we'll sweat - because that's the way to success!
This course is for you, if you're willing to improve your flexibility and strength and if you have the discipline to stretch at least twice a week. You'll learn how to warm up, how to stretch the muscles you need for certain goals and how to maintain your progress.
If you wanna learn more about the anatomy and the biomechanics of stretching, no problem!
I'm also able to analyze your strengths and weaknesses, give specific advice and create individual training plans based on your needs.
